Have you ever tried tubing?

The latest aprés-ski activity to arrive at the Pyrenean resort of Formigal involves sliding down a piste on a giant inflatable doughnut.
A new tubing and tobogganing slope is just one of the new additions this winter at Spain’s largest ski resort, as well as some great money-saving offers.
Following the popularity of the Eskimo Iglu bar last winter Formigal has decided to keep up the international theme with the opening of an Italian Trattoria restaurant in the heart of the slopes, overlooking the village and open till late, as well as an Indian village in the El Bosque part of the resort. Just beware of Cowboys hiding out in the trees!
A new DJ café-bar in the Sextas base station will be open daily from 4pm onwards, so you don’t even have to leave the slopes to start partying.
With everybody watching the pennies this winter we are offering seven nights for the price of six in many off our hotels and families will enjoy an added help with our free child lift pass and ski hire offer.
Formigal is easy to get to by direct flight from London Gatwick which takes just two hours to reach the regional airport of Huesca. From here you get straight onto the snow bus for the 90-minute transfer to the uncrowded slopes of Formigal.
Going out in Formigal won’t break the bank either as beers start at €2 and a good three course meal will set you back from as little as €25.
Holidays to Formigal are available through Crystal, Neilson, Thomson, Igluski.com, Ifyouski.com, Ski World, Ski Tracer and J2Ski.com.
