- Bring a change of clothes, several nappies, bappy wipes and comfortable footwear for indoors.
 
- To go outside it is essential to bring: Gloves, glasses, hat and sun cream.

- To enjoy playtime outside in the snow children must arrive before 11.00

- The nursery does not provide ski equipment. 
 
- All material brought by the children must be named.

-The nursery accepts no responsibility for lost items.  

- The nursery does not keep any personal objects.
 
- Stays of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 días will always be classed as consecutive.
 
- The child price for the season will be given on request.

• It is essential to bring the registration form completed and signed.
   
• In the nursery there is another form to complete with additional information. 

- Food may not be brought into the nursery.
 
- Refunds are only given when a child is ill and a doctor's note is provided. The amount charged will correspond to the price according to the number of days.

  Se cobrará el importe correspondiente al precio de la tarifa establecida según los días de estancia. Se descontará un 10% en concepto de gasto de reserva del precio total. No será reembolsado en ningún caso el importe de la factura, ni podrán ser canjeados por días posteriores, incluso los días de cierre de estación.
 
- Under nop circumstances will the nursery accept children who are ill or have a fever, nor will they administer any type of medicine.

- Each hour, or fraction of an hour that the collectioin of teh child is delayed will be charged at €15.
